No, you can only benefit from this promotion if you place a new order. However, if you received your order less than 14 days ago and the items are still in their original condition (unworn and unwashed, with the original tags still attached), you can return them to us.

Online orders cannot be exchanged. Any item can be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt for a refund, but you must place a new order yourself. Please note that the prices currently displayed on our website will apply to your new order.

Yes, our standard returns policy applies during the sale. Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt (28 days for orders shipped to the US). Please note that items must be returned unworn and unwashed, with the original tags still attached. You can find more information on our online returns policy on the returns and refunds page of our website.

All orders are delivered via DHL. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email includes a DHL tracking link, where you can find your tracking number and follow the status of your order. It may take up to 24 hours upon receiving your tracking link before data becomes available.

Delivery to your home or business address

You can choose either your home or business address as the delivery address. After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, you will receive a notification. You will then have the following delivery options: - Redelivery of your parcel to the originally specified address - Delivery to another address - Delivery to a DHL service point of your choice

Please note that for Estonia, Finland, Latvia & Lithuania, orders are delivered directly to a DHL service point.

Adjust or cancel order

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, the time frame in which an order can still be adjusted or cancelled is very short. Please send an email to contacten@sardaworld.com if you want to cancel your order.

We are keen on providing a carefree shopping experience, and therefore offer an easy return policy. You may return your order free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that returned items are unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way. Items must be in their original condition with the tags attached.

Please note that items purchased in-store should be returned to the store of purchase.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS WHEN RETURNING ITEMS:

  1. Please return the items in the original shipping box. If you don’t have the original shipping box, please make sure that the packaging is appropriate to avoid damages during transport.
  2. Register your return via this link [add return registration link]. If you have an online account, you can also register a return through your account.
  3. Affix the pre-paid DHL return shipping label that was included with your delivery on your return package. If you have lost or did not receive a return shipping label, please contact us at contacten@sardaworld.com to receive a new label.
  4. Drop off your return at a DHL service point. You can locate your nearest service point through this link: https://locator.dhl.com/
  1. It can take up to 14 business days for Sarda to receive, process and refund your returned merchandise and for your account to be credited.
  2. If at the time of purchase you received a discount on the full order, this will be taken into account and the actual amount paid will be refunded.
  3. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
  4. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to exchange or repair items. Please place a new order to receive a different size or style.

Check the label Always start by checking the washing instructions on the label.

Prep your pieces Fasten all hooks and place your lingerie or swimwear in a sealable laundry bag.

Washing machine tips • Fill the machine up to 1/3 full with similar delicate items. • Use a delicate wash program at 30°C (unless the label says otherwise). • Keep the speed low (max. 600 rpm). • Use a small amount of mild liquid detergent. No bleach or fabric softener!

Drying • Air dry your items on a drying rack indoors or in the shade. • Keep them out of the sun. • Separate the cups of pre-shaped bras to avoid dents or creases. • Never wring out your items, place them on a heat source, or iron them.

Storing your lingerie and swimwear • Make sure your pieces are completely dry before storing. • Slide the cups of your bras and swimwear together and store them in a row to maintain their shape. • Avoid folding or creasing them.

Extra tips: • Wash your lingerie after 2 or 3 wears. • Sauna, jacuzzi, high chlorine levels, and sunscreen can shorten the life of your swimwear. • Rinse your swimwear immediately in clear water after use.

Promotions on our website are either announced in a newsletter or directly on the website. If it tells you that you need to activate the code manually, enter it in your shopping basket. Once a promotion code has been successfully applied, you will see this reflected in the order summary. Note that promotion codes will only be accepted when your order meets the required promotion conditions.

After you have successfully completed the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have not received any confirmation within 30 minutes after placing your order, please contact us at contacten@sardaworld.com so that we can check if we have successfully received your order.

There are several reasons why a payment was rejected. Check the information you entered carefully and try again. Remember that the billing address must match the address provided to your bank or credit card issuer, otherwise your transaction may be declined by our payment service provider, even if your bank has authorised the payment. We will not accept payment from you until the goods are dispatched, but the money will be reserved in your account at the time of ordering, even if the payment has not successfully reached us. If the payment has been declined, it will take approximately 4 working days for this authorisation code to expire and the funds to be released. If you have checked and re-entered your details, please contact either the issuer of your card or our customer service. Do not enter your details more than once as this may prevent your funds from being authorised for other transactions.

All the photos shown on our website are the result of high-resolution images taken under lighting conditions that correspond to normal daylight. The colours are therefore displayed very realistically. However, differences between the colours of garments and what is displayed on your screen may be affected by your screen settings.

We will send you an automated email confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes of placing your order, please contact our customer service team at contacten@sardaworld.com so we can check if your order was successful.
