1. Free shipping and delivery
Shipping information
All orders are delivered by our delivery partner DHL. Orders usually ship on the next working day (weekends excluded). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been handed over to DHL. This email includes a DHL tracking link, so that you can follow the shipment's progress. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours upon receiving the tracking link before data becomes available.
If you have not received or deleted your shipment confirmation email, please email contacten@sardaworld.com for assistance.
Delivery costs
We offer a free delivery on orders over €75. For orders with a lower value, we charge a €4,95 delivery cost.
Delivery time
Our standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday). Please expect a longer shipping time frame during sales and holiday periods.
Terms and conditions
Sarda only sells and delivers within Portugal. Please note that we do not deliver to islands.
Delivery to your home or business address
You can choose either your home or business address as the delivery address. After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, you will receive a notification. You will then have the following delivery options: - Redelivery of your parcel to the originally specified address - Delivery to another address - Delivery to a DHL service point of your choice
You usually have 14 days to pick up your parcel from a pick-up point, unless stated otherwise on the tracking page. After that, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
Delivery areas
Some post codes are excluded from delivery. If your post code is not being accepted at checkout, this usually means that we do not deliver your area yet. When in doubt, you can always contact contacten@sardaworld.com for assistance.

Changing or cancelling an order
We do our utmost to ship your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is not possible to change or cancel an order. If you have ordered the wrong item, we recommend that you place a new order and return your current order. Is your delivery address incorrect? It may still be possible to correct this, as long as your order has not been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
