Participation is open to any individual aged 18 or older, with the exception of the Organizer, its employees, subsidiaries, suppliers, employees of suppliers, and any other party involved in the creation or organization of the Contest.
Also excluded are first-degree relatives of the aforementioned persons, as well as persons living under the same roof as them.
Participation is personal. Each participant may enter only once during the entire Contest period using a valid email address and may win only once.
Article 2: Personal Data
To participate in the Contest, participants may be asked to provide certain personal data—such as their email address—and to subscribe to our newsletter.
Participants guarantee that all information provided is correct, up-to-date, and complete.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and—unless explicit consent is given—will only be used in the context of the Contest and newsletter subscription.
If the provided data does not correspond to reality, the Organizer or any other involved party cannot be held liable.
Damages resulting from unauthorized use of a participant’s personal data cannot be claimed from the Organizer, provided all reasonably expected security measures were taken.
Article 3: How and When to Participate
The Contest starts on 01/12/2025 at 00:00 and ends on 21/12/2025 at 23:59.
The Contest is accessible to residents of Spain, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, and France through the Sarda website (www.sardaworld.com).
A valid entry requires answering the tie-breaker question.
Participants must provide accurate and complete personal information to be eligible.
Article 4: Winner Selection
One single winner will be selected across all participating countries listed in Article 1.2.
The winner is the participant who answers the tie-breaker question correctly or comes closest. A number slightly above the correct answer prevails over an equally close number below it. In case of a tie, the participant who answered first is the winner.
The winner will be notified by email no later than 30 days after the end of the Contest.
If a prize is not received due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, the winner forfeits their rights and the prize remains the property of the Organizer.
Article 5: Prizes
The winner receives a Sarda look worth €300, of their choice, redeemable on the Sarda website.
The prize can only be redeemed online.
The prize must be redeemed no later than 01/04/2025.
All prizes are personal, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash.
If a prize is refused or cannot be awarded for any reason, it will revert to the Organizer.
Article 6: Liability
The Organizer and any other involved party cannot be held liable if certain aspects of the Contest must be changed due to force majeure.
Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn. Participants cannot hold these platforms liable for damages resulting from participation.
These rules are governed by Belgian law, and any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent.
Article 7: Organizer’s Rights
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate a participant’s entry at any time, without prior notice or justification, if the participant violates these rules or any applicable legal provision.
The Organizer may terminate, suspend, or modify the Contest and/or the prizes at any time, without prior notice, if circumstances require.
The Organizer is not liable for technical issues with the mentioned websites or computer systems.
The Organizer is not responsible for transport problems or force majeure related to prize delivery.
Article 8: Contact and Complaints
No dispute regarding the selection of winners, the Contest procedure, or any related aspect will be accepted.
Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 7 days following the end of the Contest period to the Organizer’s registered office. Late or non-written complaints will not be considered.
